Good deal on tremor wheels?

Thinking about buying these tremor wheels on facebook marketplace. The seller says 2 of the wheels have some cupping due to the truck being misaligned, but 2 are fine. tires have about 24k miles on them. thinking about buying for $750. what do you think? are those tires shot? or can i still use them for awhile?
