I wouldn't spend the money. Very little maintenance on EVs and a lot less that can go wrong than on an ICE.
I think it is going to be a real hit on dealerships as EVs take over because service and repair is their main income source. There will still be accidents requiring repair, but service is almost nil with an EV.
Rotate tires. Maybe change brake fluid when it gets stale. New lead-acid battery every 10-15 years.
And when the Li battery range gets too low after 10-15 years, pop in a new, probably much better, one.
I will be very happy when EVs dominate. The highway noise will die down, the air will be cleaner, and oil and gas companies will go the way of the dinosaurs.
