Yes it's called Paint protection film. 3M is a popular choice and works very well.Does anybody know if Headlight Protection Film is available soon? Kelly
You can buy sheets of it on Amazon.Have you seen a website or store that sells them for thev2021 f150?
I'm not sure but I'm going to give it a try. The light is so square it should not be near as hard as so many of the other vehicle lights. I ordered a 12 inch by 48 inch roll in 3m for $30, so plenty of extra to play with.I would like custom shape set, hand cut sheet would be to hard to do.
Not yet. Getting the headlights done only by an installer should be inexpensive might be a while before the pre-cut kits arrive. I was quoted in Houston by 2 shops to do full front bumper and front of hood, lights for 1k and full front all of front, fenders and hood for 1600.I thought that was high for a truck .Have you seen a website or store that sells them for thev2021 f150?
Which screen protector did you get?I ordered a small roll of 3m clear for $28, used paper to cut the shape of the head lights. I cut the shape from the roll and spayed the mixture (water, alcohol and soap) on the 3m and applied it to the lights. Did the squeeze and bingo. Worked great, had some left over and cut out a pattern for behind the door handles, it worked great too.
I also purchased a screen protector for the main screen. Not for protection but it is a matte type finish and keeps finger prints way down and blocks some sun glare. Was more than I wanted to pay but did it anyway.

Wait, wrong one! My bad but both may be good I got the OCD one for the glare and finger prints.https://screenprotech.com/collections/shop-ford/products/ford-f-150-screen-protech-kit
They also have one for the dash, I almost got that one too. I still may for that is the one that is plastic and easy to scratch.
And the main purpose for putting this on the headlights is rock/chip protection? Just wanna make sure i know why I’m about to say goodbye to more money!I ordered a small roll of 3m clear for $28, used paper to cut the shape of the head lights. I had a shop install film on my 2015 F150 Morimoto headlamps and fog lamps for $100CDN. I had it done to protect against rock chips, but amazingly the film completely saved my lights from scratches after a front end collision. Unfortunately the truck was totalledAnd the main purpose for putting this on the headlights is rock/chip protection? Just wanna make sure i know why I’m about to say goodbye to more money!
I did it mostly for the sand blasting they get from small rocks, dirt, road grim and just UV fading. Hate the way old head light covers look after years of road exposure. Won't do much I think against large items at high speed, that I guess is where they insurance will be called on. LolAnd the main purpose for putting this on the headlights is rock/chip protection? The fist one comes with instrument panel and the 12" screen the OCD one doesn't have the instrument version. Now wishing I had got both for it is a set and doesn't look like they sell the instrument one separate. I may email them and wine...
