I have a FCSP installed at my house. I get around 10 kw. I am considering buying a hard wired charger for my work and looking at the Emporia Level 2 Charger. Does anyone have any experience with the charge rate on the Emporia at 48 amps?

My terminology may be wrong, but how many kw/hr?
Watts = Amps x Volts
48 Amps x 220 to 240 Volts = 10.5 to 11.1 kW input power to the charger.
The amount of charge added to the battery charge level will be something less than that.

Since it is at your work its possible the building is on 3 phase electrical (common with commercial buildings). In which case the voltage would be 208v. 208v x 48amps = 10kW. That would be worst case scenario.

Also +1 vote for the emporia. Its an awesome unit at a great price.
