Implausible Range Estimates after power cycle?

Does the truck normally recalculate incredibly pessimistic range estimates after power cycling (5 minutes off) at a lower state of charge?

I was getting 1.4 mi/kWh (carrying a big load, I'm ok with that efficiency), was around 46% SoC, guess-o-meter was saying somewhere around 70 miles and it was about 44 miles to the next charging station, so I was confident I could get to the charger. I stopped at a rest area for 5 minutes, and came back to a range estimate of 41 miles, not enough to get to my next charger. Nothing changed, just 5 minutes powered off.

I had to double back and charge at a closer slower station, and I that's when I took this picture of the dash. 34%, 31 miles estimated, 1.4 mi/kWh. It doesn't come close to adding up.

Could you update your vehicle data, year trim battery?

It's calculating as if an SR battery but worse.

Does the ATV ramp have lighting that's plugged into the 4 pin trailer hitch?
Does the truck think your pulling a trailer, I'd switch that off.
