Jim Farley shares this clip about Ford's all-in strategy on electric vehicles.

The biggest issue is the DC fast charging infrastructure isn't going to be able to keep up with the number of EVs being produced. Ford doesn't seem interested at all in addressing this. Look at how many chargers Tesla is having to add due to their volume.
Although, not good for us, Ford is being smart on this. They can't afford to build the charging infrastructure. There will be a lag, but if the the vehicles are out there and people are willing to pay to DC fast charge, someone will build it.The biggest issue is the DC fast charging infrastructure isn't going to be able to keep up with the number of EVs being produced. That clip was back in 2022. I believe things have drastically changed with fords EV'S since then. I love my lightning but rather glad there are not as many others going to EV'S as expected. When that happens you can bet the cost of electricity will have to increase. We need to focus on our outdated electrical grid. Take a look at California, they won't even let them run their air conditioners, soon they'll be telling them they can't charge their EV'S.Jim Farley shares this clip about Ford's all-in strategy on electric vehicles.
