Katzkin leather upgrade, driver seat squeaking now

Has anyone else who upgraded their XLT or pro with katzkin noticed a squeaking sound when going over uneven roads where the truck bounces?

I just had the leather done and my driver seat is squeaking pretty bad. It sounds like the leather rubbing on something.

I just had the leather done and my driver seat is squeaking pretty bad. It sounds like the leather rubbing on something.

On my pro I didn't have leather done but I developed a bad squeak on the drivers seat pretty early on. The fix was to unzip he back of the seat and use a bottle of white lithium grease with the straw attachment. From there I would give a little spray to the pivot points that I could access from the back side. I rocked the seat back and forth and almost immediately the squeak was gone. Might be worth a try as I have seen quite a few guys with the same problem.

I was all set to buy some grease and try lubing the seat but I raised it up higher and that seemed to have stopped 90% of the noise.

Maybe the leather was rubbing against the center console or something else? There is often felt on the seatbelt latch for this reason.
