Latest FordPass update issues (3.19.0)

Since updating to this latest version of FP a couple of days ago:

I no longer have the map or vehicle location functions available. I checked the privacy settings on my iPhone and the location services are on and set correctly.

Anyone else having this issue?

Just checked (version 3.19) and yes maps and location are broken. Even pulled up "Journeys" and mine are all listed a journeys from Unknown to Unknown.

Thanks for letting me know that you’re having the same issues. I see they also pulled the Apple Watch app and will put it back out there once they’ve made it robust enough to work properly and consistently.

The FordPass chat function is also broken. I have started a few chats with FordGuides and the text box is covered and I cannot respond. Had to call in.

Android or Apple? Looks like they made a quick fix if the .1 version is already deployed.

I updated on apple phone and now it just gives me the Blue Oval and 10 seconds later closes the app.

That happens to me from time to time, too. It’s happened over several versions.

You must be Android too. Not seeing .1 on the Apple App Store yet.

3.19.0 on Android was 90% working for me. Updated to 3.19.1 and I couldn't get past the initial screen. Forced the app to quit, dumped the cache and storage, and now I can't even log in!

Now it's 100% useless. This is much better!

Just opened my app (iPhone) after seeing this thread. Brought up a legal terms page which I accepted, then it started to load but crashed before it could complete.

I am also getting this error when trying to login. Looking at what the app is trying to do, it looks as if the part of the application that authorizes you is failing to contact Ford's servers.

Mine opens, but doe not connect to anything.
