It appears the short answer is yes, they are charging a markup of at least 2%. The question is, how much higher will they go on the markup?

Ken Grody in Brea California appears to be backing up on their original agreement of MSRP. In the beginning, I sent them an email asking if Ken Grody will sell 2022 Lightening at MSRP without any extra accessories being added, and quickly (within maybe 30 minutes) responded through email, they would sell at MSRP. Early yesterday I emailed again to confirm they were abiding by their earlier statement of selling at MSRP and no response. I sent another email later yesterday to the dealership, and still no answer. I receive an email today from who knows who at Ken Grody wanting to confirm my contact info (this wasn't done when they agreed quickly to sell at MSRP). I confirmed it was my email. Then she emails again wanting to confirm my phone number because he wants to talk to me. It was a simple question. Either they are going to stick to their original statement and sell at MSRP, or they aren't. NO MORE emails.
Anyone have another name in California that is selling at MSRP? I'm moving my reservation.

He said 2% dealer fee is for all vehicles at this dealer. ADM is what they are still contemplating.

I don't know if there's a thread on this, but I think this is a good idea to have a list of dealers that do or don't do ADM. This is for the F-150 Lightning, if you couldn't figure this out already (because you're in the F-150 Lightning subforum).


No ADM/ADM Dealer List:
Green = No ADM (Also means will sell at MSRP, deposit is not considered ADM)
Yellow = No ADM, but dealer will add "fluff"
Red = ADM added, among other added things

I had mine reserved in Sept at Jannell Ford where i ordered and purchased my 21 Bronco with No ADM so i figured i was safe, stopped in yesterday to convert and they told me 5k ADM. Said no way I'm paying that and i was going to think on it. Came home, called ford and got it transferred to Portsmouth Ford with 0 ADM. Got the confirmation email from Ford in minutes and a follow-up from Portsmouth.

I'm sure I'm spending more time following than I should and should just wait for an invite. I just got pretty pumped up last May 19th and I'm losing that warm feeling by the day. Seems a lot of these clowns are born with some DNA that a lot of us can't relate to. They couldn't even spell "ethical" without help. I'm thinking we need MY2023 and Ford needs to pump up production to settle this SH*T down....Rant over...I gotta get a cold one...Cheers

Yep, but the backed off of that on the Bronco due to dealer pressure. I have not seen anything about Lightning allocations...
