The Ford Store Morgan Hill in northern California has an Antimatter Blue 2022 Lightning Lariat in stock.

They're one of the few ethical dealers in the region that never charges ADM on any new cars or trucks, no matter what the demand. That's one reason they have so many loyal return customers. They are the largest volume single Ford dealer in the area. I purchased my Mustang Mach-E Premium and Ford Edge from them.

Mullinax Ford North Palm Beach FL has a White Pro with no options that I test drove two weeks ago. My sales person stated that it is destined to be a showroom mannequin until it clears its 6mo hold. Then they'll sell it with a hefty markup, like all abandoned orders.

Can we start keeping track of dealers that have received their demos and that are (in theory) available for test drives? I know some of the members who have received their trucks already reported theirs came with dealer demos too. It'd be great to have a centralized place to check, so that those of us waiting on our orders might at least be able to go see one on person. Greenway Ford in Orlando, FL has a Rapid Red Lariat ER, loaded. ($81k sticker).
I just stopped by this morning to have my first look at a Lightning in person. The sales guy (Aaron) offered me a test drive, which I happily accepted. It drove very smooth, and very quick, even in standard drive mode.

Greenway just sent me an email offer for their Lightning Lariat ER mannequin.

Finally saw an XLT trim at the OC Auto Show in SoCal this past weekend. Have only seen the Lariat before that and I actually don't mind the smaller center console and prefer the cloth seats.

Finding an actual XLT to buy without a reservation in SoCal is Mission Impossible.
