Got a call from Gresham Ford (Oregon). They received theirs. Booking test drives starting next week.

I test drove it on Friday (7/15). It’s a white Pro. I was hoping for a higher trim level but I was pleasantly surprised by the features in the Pro.

My test drive on Saturday was also in a while Pro and I was happy to learn that my wonderful wife approved of the manual seats. Now I will be able chose either the Pro or XLT when my number comes up (assuming they are available this time).

I must say the giggle factor caused by the go peddle is outstanding

The Lariat Lightning at Flemington Ford in NJ is the demo but you CANNOT test drive it because it has been "SOLD". Why have a demonstrator vehicle and then not let anyone drive it? Tell the person that wants to buy it that when it is able to be sold, they can purchase it in whatever shape it is in and with whatever miles are on it.

Can we start keeping track of dealers that have received their demos and that are (in theory) available for test drives? I know some of the members who have received their trucks already reported theirs came with dealer demos too. It'd be great to have a centralized place to check, so that those of us waiting on our orders might at least be able to go see one on person. I'll update this first post with the running list as they're reported.

Apple Ford in Columbia, MD has a white Pro that was just delivered. Not sure if it is available for test drives. Have to say, I liked the Pro other than the black bumpers. Interior looks just fine and the smaller screen is nice. I also like the Pro wheels better than the lariat or platinum ones. It wasn’t a choice when I ordered (Pro in general, but Pro with ER), but I would have zero issues with an ER Pro with the pro power upgrade vs all the extra money for the Lariat.

I drove that th other day. The XLT is nice, not sure I need the lariat. I see that you have your 150L. Is it bright blue by chance? I saw one over in san carlos the other day.

I cant wait for mine to get here - built but waiting on train for the last 15 days!

The one at the dealer is dark blue. I like the color and the platinum interior is nicer then the lariat, bit not enough to justify the price.


They wanted 120k for it. Said they would sell it to me on the spot with a slight discount. I said I would consider for msrp as in 2 months they would be recieving my truck with the opportunity to sell with ADM but I'm not paying 20k more just so I don't have to wait 2 months. That would be a bad decision.
