I am in the same boat. Got that email on 9/10 and then haven't heard anything. I sent a reply last night to [email protected] just checking in and seeing if I could get an application.

I will post an update when I hear back.

I emailed that same address just now as well. I'll probably wait a couple days and call if I don't hear anything. I'll post here as well if I get anywhere.

Yes they are slow, last I heard from them was on 8/31 with tentative approval and application number. I have not gotten the final approval where thy mention the "will pay in ~90 days" part.

If you try the phone number, that goes to the customer service for the auto program (under 50K$ vehicles) not our truck program, she was not able to answer my questions and said I had to wait for an email from the truck program administrator.

The email makes it look like their office is in San Diego. It’s too bad there’s no local MA office to show up with coffee and donuts to!

@tomjackbear I received the email last night with a link to a terms & conditions doc to sign and return with the list of required items. A buddy of mine who got his truck at the same time (weekend of 9/10) got the same email as well last night. Maybe they sent out a batch?

I got an email back from the program last night saying that my application has been reviewed and is complete, and has been submitted to the Dept of Energy Resources for final rebate approval.

I had submitted information to try to qualify for the additional 10% as well, for operating +50% in an Environmental Justice Community, as mentioned earlier in this thread. In the email I received back they said that additional 10% is only for vehicles >14,000# GVWR. Oh well...

I know the site didn't specify that before, since I copied/pasted the verbiage directly into a post in this thread. They've since changed the website, it now says:

"An additional 10% may be added to the currently available incentive block value for vehicles above 14,000 pounds GVWR if the vehicle is registered in or will operate more than 50% of the time within census block groups that meet the State's Environmental Justice Income Criteria."

I do see now on the Terms and Conditions I signed/submitted that #7, which refers to the Environmental Justice area conditions does mention that the vehicle must be >14,000 GVWR (OOPS missed that)...

So, future applicants, don't waste your time trying to qualify for the +10%

Congrat's, they are getting better with new application processing, only 3 weeks since truck arrived at dealer.

Even better than that, I didn't submit the application until 9/21. My dealer didn't have EV plates, when I took delivery so I brought it home on regular plates then swapped them about a week later. I waited to send the app in to make sure it had the EV plate Reg # (which I plan to keep long term) to try to avoid any issues.

I hope that is not a mandatory requirement, I have vanity plates, but properly registered to the Lightning!

No, I don't see anywhere that EV plates are a requirement. I just knew my original registration wasn't going to be on there even by the time they reviewed the application (had I sent it day one).

I may be swapping to vanity plates sometime down the line as well, but am undecided. I kinda like the EV plates with the cute little green plug-in car on them

Just received a check for $7,500 in the mail. Came from the center of sustainable energy in California and makes no reference to the program, literally just a $7,500 check in an envelope.

I am in East Longmeadow and purchased from Balise in Wilbraham.

Question about the MOR-EV application...It asks for a copy of my registration but I don't think I have received my registration yet (I just have a copy of the registration application I filled out when I purchased the truck). I did get my title from the RMV a few days ago.

Did MA buyers get their registration in the mail fairly quickly? I purchased about 1 month ago.
