Well, after waiting 10+ days, I decided to try the hot line, unfortunately the staff on this line is for only the automobile program (MSRP under 50,000). MOR-EV Trucks Staff Center for Sustainable Energy® 866-900-4223 office

They have only one support staffer for the truck program, at the moment this person is backed up with pending requests and emails, she promised I would be hearing from the program at some point!

Interesting, keep an eye on replies being over due using that address, when I spoke to the lady on the hotline she verified the version with a hyphen is correct.

Any updates on getting the Lightnings approved? I'm taking delivery next week and will be applying right away for the rebate.

Got an e-mail today saying they've received all of my docs and will let me know when there is an update on the status of my application. Do we have any idea on turnaround time?

I received that email on 7/12 and got my approval email on 8/2. It said up to 90 days to receive the check.

Still waiting for the pre-screening results of my submission.

I got word from the program administrator, my documents have been received and an application number was assigned, they will continue the review and certification process, I should hear back in a few weeks, based on prior members reports.

Apparently they still struggle with email inquiries falling into their spam folder.

I got the same email today.

I got my approval today. My application was approved for the full $7500 and to expect a check with 90 days. Woo!
