The tink sound is very similar to the click sound that I hear anytime I start off or slow down, it's more noticeable/consistent when I use "Auto-hold" or "1 Pedal" and can be heard in the cab with the windows up. There is another thread I started on this topic here.

I've been told that Ford is aware of the noise and that it is the halfshaft(s) clicking on acceleration and deceleration.

But they haven't decided what to do about it, and it somewhat depends on how many people bring it up.

Good news, Monday a store tech is going to set up Chassis Ears ( think that's what he said) in my interior and we're going to drive and find the noise. Will report what we find.

Appreciate your keeping us informed. We're interested in the diagnosis and resolution.

OK, last night, I laid down BOTH seats. Removed the jack and actually taped up the jack restraint to eliminate it. The 'tink' sounds still persists. I WILL SOLVE THIS. Dealership could not replicate the sound. I have to take it back and drive a tech around. But for now, I am still investigating. I may try to get in behind the cushion behind the seats and see if something is making the noise behind it. There is a large hump behind the passenger rear side, anyone know what is behind this hump?

Hmmmmmm.. and folks say it's seatbelt related.. maybe they're right?! If I open up that badboy and there is a freakin tin can taped to it, I'm going to flip out :)
Did you ever get a recording of the sound?

I did! You can hear it in this little 4-second clip. Just imagine this hitting on every bump or give.

I bought a 1983 Chevy S-10 pickup new and had an almost immediate sound like that from the B pillar, right by the left driver ear, everyone could hear it, dealer acknowledged, but it was inside the welded vertical B chanel. Lived with it for 150k miles rather than have them start cutting steel. Still aggravated.

Hi there, Mike. This noise concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your F-150 Lightning. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

I've got the same random "clink" on low speed acceleration and deceleration. Did anyone ever figure this out?

TSB 22-2395 has arrived.

"Ting, Pop Or Clicking Noise From The Front Or Rear Wheel Hub When Accelerating Or Applying
Brakes (Torque Reversals)
"

Now you've got something to discuss with your service advisor!

Enjoy!
