Truck had a full battery replacement back in August. After getting the truck back, bluecruise no longer activated on interstates. Additionally, the Electrify America free supercharging stopped working.
Long story short, Ford in vehicle technology experts tried to navigate me to system updates on the SYNC screen but their instructions weren't able to be followed. The Owners manual, Fordpass app, and the phone person all told me to click the home icon, then click on "settings". Can anyone confirm if my screen is just missing that button? See screenshots attached.
