Missing buttons on my SYNC screen?

Truck had a full battery replacement back in August. After getting the truck back, bluecruise no longer activated on interstates. Additionally, the Electrify America free supercharging stopped working.

Long story short, Ford in vehicle technology experts tried to navigate me to system updates on the SYNC screen but their instructions weren't able to be followed. The Owners manual, Fordpass app, and the phone person all told me to click the home icon, then click on "settings". Can anyone confirm if my screen is just missing that button? See screenshots attached.

Have you tried an APIM reset? PM me your VIN so I can see what the dealer did. I have come across a few ICE trucks reporting BC not working after a dealer visit, but this happens after the dealers does something in terms of module swaps or programming. This is the first time I hear of BC not working due to a battery swap.

First forget Home, you need to press the Settings button at the top.

It looks like you did that in a later screenshot, you should see a Software Updates then. I don't see it there. Maybe you are in Fleet mode? See here. Often the case if you bought the dealer demo unit.

And “Home” isn’t missing. You’re at “Home” in the first screen shot, so it doesn’t show. Once you go to “Settings”, the Home icon is there.
But as Bruce pointed out, you are missing the menu for updates.
