Mobile Access Issue

Anyone experience long term connection issues? If so what was the resolution? Haven’t been able to connect to my truck with the mobile app for about a month now. Tried Blue Cruise today and appears it doesn’t work either. I’m thinking probably related to the connectivity issue.

Having the same issue. Actually bought the car without being able to connect since when I showed up at the dealer 200 miles aways awaiting a fix wasn't an option.
