I'm assuming since the scales/smart hitch removal is required, any orders pushed to MY23 will have that automatically applied. Is that correct or do I need to contact the dealer to make sure that it gets added?

Double check with the dealer, an options-delete code might be needed.

Tim B mentioned last night that several model lines rolling over to 2023 would have automatic adjustments, but I don't recall him saying specifically if this will happen to Lighting order moves 2022->2023

I received that message as well. I'm curious how much the offset is. Pretty painful, especially if the delivery happens in calendar year 2023 when the EV tax credit changes.

Yeah, good questions. Based on what @TaxmanHog shared, it looks like they may be extending ‘22 production by a couple weeks, which would further delay the start of ‘23 production and decrease the likelihood to get a ‘23 before year end.

When I asked my dealer if my priority number has changed:
Ford placed it at priority 99. I don't quite understand why or how they do this, a question only they would answer. I am also being told they are pulling XLT's first.

My order got converted to a '23 and they defaulted me to Avalanche for a color instead of my Atlas Blue. I may be cancelling my order. The excitement is wearing off me. Especially after sitting in on energy negotiations for my company today. It's like the icing on the cake.
