My journeys not recording with Ford Pass (on iPhone)

Got my new Lariat finally, however, I can’t seem to enable “my journeys” to record my trips on Ford Pass. Any suggestions out there from folks that have had their trucks for a time?

Are you using Android auto/carplay? It will not work with either of those.

Do you have your privacy settings correct? You have to let FP use your location always.

I’ve seen this is the FordPass app but haven’t been able to use it yet.

Finally fordpass has been fixed in the play store. If you haven't updated your fordpass, you can do it now in the play store on your phones. Got my vehicle location and journey back and it's working fine.

i had the same issue, I had to go to the cinnected vehicle features on sync 4 (not your phone) and give permission to access your data. after i gave permission to access my vehicle data, My Journeys started to work.
