Navigation Connectivity. How do I turn it on?

When I try to use voice prompt to enter a navigation destination by name (airport name etc) it tells me to enable it on the Navigation Connectivity settings screen. I can't find this anywhere.

In Ford pass all connected services, including Connected Built-In Navigation show as Active but with a blank Trial Expiration date. .

What am I missing?

Might try a Sync reboot.

Tried sync reboot but power button was non responsive. Had to disconnect 12 v battery for a minute to get past that.
