No Audio at times when using Apple Car Play

This has been happening to me too. Wireless carplay on my f-150 has been like that since I picked it up in July and its very inconsistent. I have no idea what makes it happen. My solutions is either to go into the settings in the truck and disable carplay and then re-enable it or if I am already driving before I notice I hold down the volume down and seek right button and it resets the radio and usually the music automatically kicks back on. sometimes I will go three days where it does it at least once a day and then 2 weeks where it works without issue.

Do you mean Bluetooth? I wouldn't expect WIFI to be involved.

CarPlay starts with a Bluetooth handshake, but then connects over WiFi. Bluetooth doesn’t support the bandwidth to display a video stream like that to the truck.

Test wired CarPlay. On my rental ‘24 this week I had the issue and could not resolve it. I doubt that rental has all the updates. On my 24 that I own, it is fully updated and I don’t have the issue.
