Noise coming from passenger side vents on low fan speeds

I’m getting a high pitched whistle from what I think are my passenger vents. I was wondering if any of you had had any issues before I take it in.

You’ve probably already checked this, but I’ve had that happen on other vehicles when the vent is closed and the fan on a higher speed.

Thanks for the input. Yea that was my first thought. This is weird because it’s only at lower fan speeds. So strange.
