OCPP for national grid app

Has anyone in MA set up the Nation Grid Off-Peak charging program?
I'm attempting to (so I can also apply for the install rebate) with an approved Wallbox Pulsar plus. All was going well and then it took me to my charger's app "OCPP" section where I copy a URL (no problem) and enter something for fields "charge point identity" and "password" and I have no idea what to enter.

You can't use that program because Ford doesn't participate with National Grid. If you give them your FordPass credentials, Ford will lock your account.

I knew the car wasn't supported but the charger is so doesn't that make it participate? My impression was it has to be either the car or the charger.

Unique Device name of your EVSE that would be broadcast to the internet & the default or customized password you created for the EVSE.
