I rarely go off road, except for a couple of camping spots and do not usually show the Off-Road display parameters on the right side. I finally noticed it showing how the steering angle moved in the front of the picture while I was turning but stationary. There is also the degree of tilt? indicators on each side, and I assume the pitch angle front to back is indicated at the rear of the bed. I cannot think of when the steering angle would be that important to know. I guess the side to side tilt (or is it yaw about the center of the truck? Hmm, that would not make sense?) and forward/back tilt would be good if one was going to sleep in the bed area. Any other important uses? Thanks for helping me understand the display.

The display is only important if you are doing serious off-roading. It can be quite useful in those situations. The steering angle is useful in really deep snow.

Otherwise, it's just a cool gadget the truck can show since it has all of the sensors for stability control anyway.

If you go off roading then you'll know.

I use it mostly for crawling up/down bumpy trails. Before, if you lost track of where the wheels were pointing you'd have to stick your head out the window. Most people won't ever use the feature but it's helpful in some situations.
