Yes, this has been discussed previously many times. There is absolutely nothing different about this truck than any other truck or traditional ICE vehicle when it comes to parking it. In fact, it’s far less likely than many modern cars that only rely on an emergency/parking brake and don’t have a parking pawl as part of the transmission. You may have seen the front tires “rolling”, but make no mistake- your truck was SLIDING due to low friction conditions. The front tires may have been turning but your rear tires were not.My truck rolled back from driveway aswell. But there was ice and driveway was steep. Parking brake was on. I saw the back tires were still just slipping off the ice but front tires were rolling, so even if the truck is in park it doesn't lock the front tires.
