Any luck? I haven't been able to get over to the dealer yet...
Take it to the dealer for service. I scheduled mine for next week. If you’re going to a dealer that sell decent amount of lightning chances are they will know exactly what you’re talking about when you tell them the error. Mine did.

Mine was a corroded wire they found running in the rear bumper... They had to splice in a new section.
I didn't get to see what it looked like... If there was a defect that caused it, or wear through the plastic coating... But it wasn't a software issue..

For the Ford account: I’m getting the same error message on my ‘23 Lightning. The “front view” camera image is also cloudy, although I have carefully cleaned each one of the visible cameras/sensors.

I have had the same issue. Parking Sensor fault. Had to pay the dealer $400 cad to scan, identify the issue and splice in a new connector for the rear parking sensor. 2 weeks later, the same thing, different sensor. I’m at 81000km. On my 2023. I had purchased extended warranty to 200000km I got day 1 from my dealer when I bought the truck new and they won’t cover it under the warranty. They claim it’s “damage”.
Rather then pay them again I’ll just get forscan and splice it myself rather then give these crooks another penny.

The sensors wires are in the direct path of snow, sand, gravel and water that gets kicked up into the rear bumper when driving. I wonder if anyone had a protection strategy to save the sensors and wires.
