I recently bought a 2023 Lightning and used my 22000 Ford reward points to buy a bedmat. I received the bed mat and upon opening it, it was clearly used or otherwise defective. There are scuff marks and a bunch of these indelible brown spots. I can't scrap them off; they are imbedded in the rubber mat. So I called the accessory customer service line and explained the situation. The best they can do is mail me (physical mail) a Fedex return label. I then have to wait until they receive the item. Then I have to wait up to 30 days to get a refund, which I assume will mean I get a refund of my reward points (which may take another 30 days I was told). And then after waiting up to 60 days to get the refunds, I can place an order for another one. How terrible! The better solution would be to cross-ship me a replacement item rather than having me wait 2 months to get my money and points back.
I was considering buying a tonneau cover from the site, but definitely not now with this experience. I would advise staying away from Ford's accessory website and look elsewhere for accessories.
