Ford deleting Lightning Platinum features without telling the customer!

So my online account still shows the options but my window sticker has the delete. Very disappointing and NOT a great way to earn business Ford.

Both my reservation page and my window sticker show the delete, and the blend date for the truck was yesterday. This is "the truck" or "Ford's truck" not my truck since Ford ultimately decides what they will allow you to buy - you have the privilege to pay the trim price you selected minus an insultingly small discount while they decide what to keep or remove from the trim level. And they won't inform you about what you're lucky enough to get; have to hope the dealer does that or keep checking your reservation page and/or window sticker.

I have an ICE Platinum truck that was unfortunately delivered with the multicontour removal. I can say with abundant certainty, these are the worst seats I've ever experienced -- and are an absolutel embarassment to Ford -- especially considering how expensive this truck is. My Wife's Tiguan is miles ahead, for less than half the price.
