Power Promise FCSP Delivery??

I bought my 2024 Lightning around November 1st. Mine just got installed this past Tuesday. And the install isn’t complete and therefore not at its full capacity. The electrician needs to order a 100 amp breaker and come back to install it and change an internal current setting so that I have maximum amperage available.

Just remember, your 2024 will only demand 48 amps, though it sounds like you want to the full 80 amp service capacity, you'll need a Lightning with dual AC/DC inverters to see that, MY22/23 and very rare 24's have dual inverters on ER trims

I leased a 2024 Lightning on 12/14 and selected
to have the Ford Power Promise to get the free FCSP installed at my house. The dealer did not have a FCSP and said Ford would ship it to me. According to the dealer, they have submitted everything to Ford (late December or early January). I have been contacted by Qmerit (1/13). The local electrician had been to my house and we have an approved quote. However, I still do not have the charger. I contacted Ford and the my said only the dealer can give me an update on the FCSP. I contacted the dealer and they say everything was submitted on their end and I should be getting an email from Ford. They also state that they cannot check the status and that no one has gotten a charger with this program.

Something seems wrong. Is this common? Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the ball rolling? Who do I contact and what do I need to say?

You might have to get the regional ford rep involved. The dealership should be able to contact that person pretty easily and within a few days one will show up I bet if they know what they are doing.

happened to me about 3 years ago. Supposedly they can’t ship it to PO Boxes - which all my company mail goes to so there was something blocking it from being shipped. After about a month after purchase I called my dealer and they made one phone call with my home address and two days later it was at my house.
