Hey folks. When I am charing at home (9 kW), the FordPass app has stopped showing an estimate for the charge completion time. For example, in the attached pic, my charge limit is set to 70%, but the time estimate is just showing --:--

I've tried reinstalling the app, changing the target percentage using the slider on the app, stopping and restarting the charge, doing a soft sync reset, etc. It's been happening for a couple of weeks, so it's not new. Anyone else see this, or have been able to fix it? I realize it's not a huge deal, I know that I get about 7% an hour, I can calculate it myself, but any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

Ha, when I know the thread I'm searching for i still have a hard time finding it!

Plus I didn't know what the answer was and was too lazy to figure it out for you,

Yes this happened to me last night, I happen to use iOS and Android, both with v5.11.0. Lightning charged fine to specified percentage but indicated the -:-- on both iOS and Android. I often wonder if Ford uses software houses out of India or something and doesn't actually have a team. My Lightning has been a joy to own but I tell you, if I have one niggle, Ford craps the bed on software... It wouldn't be such a big deal unless you've used a Tesla system and seen what perfection looks like :cwl:

I agree, Tesla is ahead on software (I sold a model Y for my Lightning). Telsa's 10 year head start and software focus shows. But we also have a Hyundai Ioniq 5, and if you want to see really terrible software just take a look there. The app is expensive and horrid, and the in-car stuff is even worse. My sense is that Ford is trying, which is good, but it's certainly not as good as Tesla/Rivian/Lucid. Here's hoping they will get there, because the Lightning is an amazing vehicle.

Good news, for what it's worth, the update to FordPass 5.12.0 fixed this issue for me (about the time to finish charging showing up as --:--).
