Pro Trailer Backup Assist

Has anyone tried using Pro Trailer Backup Assist? I know there's a few versions floating around between stickers and sensors -- but I didn't see anything included (maybe a sticker is in the paperwork somewhere?)....anyone know how to use this? Perhaps the sensors not included?

My dealer had no clue when I asked. My stickers were in the glove box in a shrink wrapped package. There are five stickers and clear instructions.

There are also good videos done by Ford on set up for the ICE truck, same system.
