Due to the nature your question, I checked your truck is PTS and FDRS. Last OTA you got relevant to what you want was 6.4.0. The OTA that gives you soc on the dash is IPC update 6.8.0. You are on the latest Sync version, but not showing any GWM, TCU or APIM updates. It also shows you don't have the IPMA/PSCM updates pending that are only available with FDRS. Did you update the truck yourself at some point?
Same as above, except you are showing a TCU update pending. You will that and possible GWM before the IPC update you are looking gets released for your truck and has a chance to be sent OTA.

There is nothing you can do to get an update sent to you and there is no way to predict when one will be sent to you. It does not need to be charging. OTA's that require the vehicle to be inhibited only depend on your 12v battery for power when installing, so you want to make sure that battery is well charged when one of those updates get sent to you. The other OTA's will install while the vehicle is driving, so 12v charge is not as important for those.

Yea, it's a bit behind. Also missing APIM, GWM, TCU and IPC updates not shown here. Hopefully now that it is being driven, it will touch base with the mothership and you start getting updates sent. Nothing wrong with the truck itself.
OTA 6.1.0 was sent to you earlier today. Next time you start your truck, it will allow the OTA trigger to go to the next step and if all goes well, download and install the update.
