^^^FMC just changed their financing scheme. They will now place much less weight on FICO and much more on overall credit history, income, and current expenses.

Sounds like Ford credit is adopting more FINTECH type of banking.
The new wave of fintech card companies are growing in popularity - I just applied for the X1 Card = soft pull (no effect on credit score), direct deposit bank link thru Plaid, some basic info and voila: $21,000 credit line and no HP!
