I had mine done early November. It still randomly does a wiper swipe on start up…truck is dry and in the garage. It happens less, and only a couple times on the road. The tech snapped the arm on one of the wipers and had to replace that too.
Do you have the courtesy Autowipers Rain sensing setting switched off in the SYNC control panel?

No, its on. It works properly, spray the windshield, wipers stop momentarily, and then an additional swipe. No problem.

What I'm referring to is start the truck in a dry garage and the wipers do a single swipe for no apparent reason. You think it might be related to the courtesy wipe setting?

I believe so, try switching it off.

That has nothing to do with the courtesy wipe. That's the rain sensing wipers. Dust sets them off. Turn them off, no more phantom sweep.

Still a bit odd we’d need to turn off a “feature” in order to get it to stop misbehaving. A work around yes, but the wiper recall was supposed to fix random wipes too. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The intermittency is related to the problems inside the motor, while the startup behaviour is an issue to be dealt with in programming the trucks rain sensing procedure when the truck is started, I don't know if they did anything with the software part yet.
