Probably not how you would want it to. The adaptive cruise control module is right above the drivers side tow hook.

Thanks and I planned on mounting the plate at same location as yours. My question on that trim piece is one piece?

Hey guys! I installed the Swarfworks relocation bracket on the passenger side tow hook and my parking sensor goes crazy everytime I get in the car and have to turn off the alerts. I haven't seen anyone else complain of this. What did I do wrong? Thanks for any help!

I couldn't figure out how to screw it in without extreme difficulty. What tools worked well? I could only get needle nose pliers in there to try to tighten it.

Ours (Platinum) hasn't had many issues but some false alerts. The one posted above doesn't have front parking sensors.

The older Swarfworks mounts (I had one for my Raptor) used nuts to hold the bolts so the mount could be inverted in the tow hook. It looks like the current F250 version is also flipped from the F150 version and might work better, but I haven't reached out to Swarfworks to confirm fitment.

I haven't fixed ours yet, but will probably either thread new holes into the other side of the mount or go to longer bolts with nuts.

Ostensibly you could also pull the bumper to install, but then couldn't remove the mount as easily if you need the tow hooks.

Circling back to this, after flipping the Swarfworks Raptor mount, it was still too high for the ultrasonic sensor up front. I ended up cutting off the upper portion of the Swarfworks mount and mounting a BuiltRight Industries license plate bracket I had purchased for my Bronco. So in summary, if you have the front sensors, probably better to go with a different mount.

I ordered the SwarfWorks plate mount and based off some of the feedback here, I flipped the mount to lower it a bit. I don’t have my plates yet but so far it doesn’t seem to be tripping the parking sensors. As an aside, tightening the bolts with the mount flipped was extremely tedious. I had to use a small box wrench rotating the bolt 20° at a time. I need to invest in a set of those Ratcheting wrenches.

A hundred bucks seemed steep for one of these but seeing it now I may end up springing for it.

I had my Swarfworks mounted just like this before receiving my plates. Parking sensors only started going off after I mounted the plates. The license plate is only a few millimeters bigger than the mounting plate so it was bizarre. Had to position the mounting plate turned towards the driver as much as possible. That stopped the sensors from going off but doesn’t look the best. Emailed Swarfworks about it but no response. Might as well drill.

Besides the ultrasonic sensor are there any other sensors in that area? Cruise control radar or anything else? I'm thinking of getting the Swarfworks and figuring out a way to lower it another inch or two.
