I still think it's 18013000 starting point and nothing to do with time stamp. Who knows.

If the EV deal goes back to tax credit and not tax rebate I might fold for now.

Opposite, Timestamp matters, number doesn't as much. I have a day one reservation and I'm 1804xxx. Dealer confirmed I'm near the top at my (popular) dealer.

I kept hitting the refresh button till I could order. Can't be too far down the list.

Saying that one is at the top of the list at a dealer may not mean too much. A dealer could only have 10 spots available and they could span any number of orders.
