We have enough lights on the front already... hate all the glowing lights.

Yup.Not impressed, front end, grill look so so. Ford is wrapping the glass house which is their headquarters to turn it into a huge outdoor screen, I assume this is where the reveal will happen.
Same as Mach-E? What a disappointment.Estimated 230mi for standard-range battery, 300 for extended-range.
Using common BEV terminology, that's a Frunk (Front trUNK) in the US. Some call is a Froot (Front bOOT) in the UK but that term is far less universal. One of the cool things is the glossy black area and the four and emblem and the hood are all one piece. They rise up for front trunk, actually front bed, so let's call it the Fred, to access.
The raptor does not have IRS. 2021 raptor will have a solid rear axle with coil springs instead of leaf springs. Here's a hi-res image of the truck skateboard. Clearly has independent, control-arm rear setup which makes it the first (non Raptor) F-150 to have IRS, right? Those covers or canisters on the rear appear to hide traditional coil-over shock setup. Expected it to have some kind of active-control system for dealing with tow-loads and need for self-leveling, ideally with air-suspension like RAM.
That wheel & tire package has unusual proportions compared to a traditional truck setup. At least 21-22" wheels with aero-smoothing design and rather low-profile rubber. The tire width and tread are EV range optimized and almost useless for off-roading. Of course there will likely be more adventure oriented trims with different wheel/tire setups.
Also, notice in the left background the wall of electrical sockets with all the power tools and field equipment nearby. To me, that confirms the Lightning will have equal, maybe more ProPower Onboard than Powerboost hybrid. That's a strong differentiator for Ford in the marketplace.
Those rear disc brakes in the second photo seem pretty large too. Clearly will be a heavy beast.
Are these the power parameters on the Powerboost hybrid?Standard on XLT: 2.4kW Pro Power Onboard – 120V outlets: Two in the cab, two in the bed and four in the trunk
Optional on XLT, standard on Lariat/Platinum: 9.6kW Pro Power Onboard – 120V outlets: Two in the cab, two in the bed and four in the front trunk, plus a 240V outlet in the bed
Hey CC, glad to see you too reserved the F150 to pair with your MachE! It's my own special terminology because trucks have beds not trunks. So I'm calling it the Front Bed, or Fred for fun!!!!Using common BEV terminology, that's a Frunk (Front trUNK) in the US. Some call is a Froot (Front bOOT) in the UK but that term is far less universal.
