This app and the Securialerts are just such a pain in the butt. No way they can ever really be trusted. My alerts were off when I first got the truck, worked well for a while and then last fall started sending random alerts, then cleared up again.
Then out of the blue yesterday they started again. Every time I've gotten in the truck the last two days I get an alert that the door was opened. So it is a valid event, but checking the app, my settings are still set such that the alerts should only be sent between 11 PM and 6 AM. These are coming right in the middle of the day. Just makes no sense at all.
I thought maybe I had received a SW update on the truck that changed something, but nope. Looked at the iPhone app, it hasn't updated either.
