Slow Charge Rate Post Module Replacement

I've used a FCSP for all my Lightning home charging. Prior to having a module replaced which took just under four weeks, I would easily charge at about 10.5kW. Post module fix I'm barely seeing 3-4kW. I have no idea why since nothing has changed on the charger settings.

Anyone else have issues Post module replacement or experience a reduction ex charge rate? I easily would charge back up to 80 or 100% in a few hours, now it takes the entire night.
