Someone tried to break-in

So, got my truck repaired after I had an accident in February of this year. Took 6-months to get 90% of the parts in - still waiting on 2 parts but got my truck back early July. Now, someone tried to steal it as per the insurance company. May have realized that they were stealing at EV and were successful but left me with another insurance claim. Bunch of a-holes.

Looks like they tried the old method of getting into the vehicle but were unsuccessful.

That sucks, only crackheads are going to do that much damage trying to get in.

They probably realized it was electric and gave up. Lots of F-150s and many other vehicles getting stolen in Toronto. It’s an epidemic.

WOW, sorry man that sucks big time.
I think someone was trying to steal my key fob frequency the other day. I pulled over to drop off at the post office. They pulled up behind me thinking I would have to remotely unlock my truck. I didn't as my wife was in there. But they walked by me and then turned around and got back in their car and followed me to the grocery store and tried to do the same thing.

While out and parking in public spaces I only lock the truck via the door button and only unlock when I grab the door handle. Stay vigilant out there my fellow Lightning owners!
