Stop Safely Now and Charging Fault

2024 Lightning
2024 Lightning XLT SR, 8400ish km, was charging last night at home on level 2 charger and got a charge fault notification via app. Went out to truck and it’s flashing errors on dash about accessory power active and stop safely now (in park). Can’t drive can’t do anything. How much pain am I in for? Tried reaching out to BEV team like recommended on this forum and got transferred around to ten different departments, none of which offered any help whatsoever. Advice?

Welcome to the forums.

Unplug charger, disconnect 12v battery for 2 minutes and reconnect.

Start truck, check for errors.

If still showing errors, call your dealer.

Thanks for advice. Unplugging 12v made no difference sadly.

Dealership says it’s 12v battery and something to do with HVAC wiring. Seems strange but ok I guess.
