Swap Platinum activemotion seats into Lariat?

Trying to think of ways to upgrade the seats so I don’t need to sell it. Haven’t found any for sale yet of the activemotion seats but was wondering if its just a plug and swap? Also, if thats feasible (same truck, hopefully is).. is the massage fn locked out through the Sync system?

Not plug and play. At the very least you're looking at Forscan changes. Probably missing modules and wiring as well. Check out the ICE forums to see if anybody there has done it. You can probably use the seats going back to 2021 model year.
