Sync 4 Navigation Traffic

Is the traffic and weather through Ford or through Sirius? Have a 302a with navigation and supposed to have 3yr blah blah blah. The options for weather and traffic are grayed out. All I get from dealer is it should be working. I also don't have any options under the Vehicle Setting to adjust any alarm settings right now either.

I joked with them and said it looks like a chip or two was forgotten eh. They didn't find it that funny.?
