Thank you for the summary. It seems unbelievable that they think this is the way to build loyalty and return customers, but here we are. The silver lining may be that this type of move will drive consumers to push the makers of Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze to complete full integration with the onboard systems and make the onboard services irrelevant.Ford is really going backwards here. Farley really wants the ongoing service fees so he is crippling software when it expires.
