Three weeks ago I used my tesla adaptor for the first time. In New Boston, TX. I selected New Boston as my destination in the Ford nav clicked on Chargers near destination. Selected the Tesla and off we went. Charging worked just as predicted. plugged in it automatically began charging within a minute.

Today that same charger does not show up at all in either the navigation screen or by using Charge Assist. I see some other Tesla ones listed but not the one I know works and is at the destination. It does show up in Ford Pass, however. Ford has a long way to go with their software and most importantly reducing the anxiety for new EV owners around charging.

I noticed after a recent software update that a lot of chargers I use regularly are not showing up, and a lot more Ford dealers.
After drilling into menus on the NAV app, I saw that the default was set to "Ford network only". Unchecked that box and selected "roaming chargers" and now I see everything again.

Maybe not the same as your issue, but maybe it might help someone. Of course, I had to pull over to do this - which really pissed me off as I was in need of a charge and wanted to find a charger without having to get off the Interstate stop and use the stupid screen.

I also have mine set to Ford Network Only. However chargers that support the adaptor ARE part of the Ford Network and should show up. I see Tesla chargers in the NAV, but not the one I know works.
