How do I track my Tesla charging adapter that I ordered through the Ford app when I bought my new lightning a couple weeks ago?

If you sign into your Ford.com account and go to the dashboard, you should see a link, which will provide the MONTH they expect to ship it. It will be shipped via FedEx once shipped, so if you have FedEx tracking turned on, it will notify you. Ford also MAY send an email when it ships.

Easiest way I have found is to go to the email account that you registered. Then search for Ford adapter.

You want the find the ‘your fast charger is reserved’ email. You will a blue ‘check order status’ button. Click that, sign in, & you will get your approximate arrival time. Mine is October.

Before, I would go into the Ford account and see it clearly. Something changed so now this is the best way that works for me.

I ordered my adapter on the first day it was offered in February. It was "rushed" to me this week, taking just over 6 months. Yours should ship any day now...Of course, Ford may be shipping paid adapters prior to the free ones promised to early adopters. Good luck!

Login to Ford.com (not for pass app)
Go to “my account” and you’ll see a status button for the adapter. It’s not a tracking number until it ships. It will be an estimated arrival month until then.
