Trailer light check working?

Has anyone recently used the trailer light check in FordPass successfully? I've been working on the lights for our Scout trailer and thought I try it out.

It would try to connect for about 10 seconds then give an error that it could not connect. Tried a few days ago and today. Said it was connecting via cellular and I had good signal strength.

I used it this morning before taking the boat out and worked perfectly fine.
