Your lifetime efficiency doesn't tell us anything about recent behavior. Even just looking at the "Current Trip" view would be more useful. I'd still recommend trying my suggestion to calculate miles per reported battery percentage. The only other DIY thing that would be useful would be to buy or find somebody with the scan tool that can report battery health.
yeah that’s why I’m hoping ford can tell me

Hi all,

I'm having some issues with the truck as of late. At first the last few days when I would drive it and turn it back on, I'd see something like 10 less miles of range after sitting for an hour. So I'd get to my destination with like 80 miles, turn it back on, and the range shows as 70ish miles. I thought it was weird but figured who knows maybe just a little issue that would work itself out. Last night, I left it on the charger to charge to 80% and I woke up today and unplugged it from the charger and its showing 80% as 140 miles of range??. I only ever charge the car to 80%, I've charged it past that at lvl 3 chargers maybe 5 times over the course of its life. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Will be taking it in to the dealer but I wanted to see if there's another way to get an idea of battery capacity from my end before I do. Thank you!

Also I live in North East USA so the temperature is like 80 degrees F outside so its not a temp related thing.

My truck did essentially the same thing a couple weeks ago. Once I reset my driving history all was good in the world of mileage guessing.
