Truck smells like a skunk/rotten eggs

I’ve had my lightning for about a month now. Have had no issues with it whatsoever. When I got to work this morning I noticed the smell of what I thought was a skunk and I thought nothing of it. When I got home today, I smelled the same smell inside my garage. I just went downstairs to plug in my truck before I went to bed and I still smell it. My truck is the only vehicle parked in my garage. Does anybody have any experience with this? Google has come up pretty short. Thank you in advance for any feedback.

Did you happen to run over a skunk? Or did a skunk tuck itself into some underbody cavity?

This may sound crazy, but any male cats in the area. I remember my dad complaining about this and it turned out to be male cats marking their territory by pissing on the tires. Smells like skunk.

That wouldn't explain the smell on the exterior of the truck.

William of Ockham would suggest it was sprayed by a skunk.
