Truck won't turn on parking brake error

Greetings!

Drove to a friend's house yesterday to drop off some presents. Stayed an hour or so. Jumped into the truck to go and immediate parking brake error pops up on screen. I cleared the error but truck still went start. Brake pedal is surging. A few seconds later the whole truck goes black, no screens, lights etc, nothing...so, truck stuck sitting at my friend's. Obviously with holidays dealer closed.

Some notes:

Parked on a slight hill
Main screen in middle never turned on when I tried to start truck
64% charge
Truck was in for a warranty job last week regarding parking sensor error. They did update didn't fix, ended up finding broken wire.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

There are instructions how to jump your 12 battery. It might help. You can use the designated terminals located on the passenger side under the frunk cover. If you jump the actual 12v battery be sure to use the correct lugs.

OK. Thanks! I went there and it's still dead as door nail! I've put a trickle charger on it for the night!

Hope it's only a depleted 12v battery and your charge will solve this issue....

If not, might be issues with the "repair" they did last week.

So, after trickle charging overnight, truck turned on and drove fine this morning! A small glitch regarding the app (pic attached) that resolved itself pretty quick. Drove home and plugged Er in.

The whole thing is still odd to me...

Sounds like the dealer drained th 12v during the CSP

Reminder to myself and every Ford owner ...... drive your vehicle for a couple hours right after a service procedure to ensure a well charged 12v battery, goes for ICE vehicles too!

The truck was at the Ford Dealer last Thursday/Friday (don't ask!). I drove it sat sun monday tuesday. Charging it twice I am pretty sure as well. So, yeah, maybe the battery is faulty? not too sure what to think

Charged for a few hours and out at work. Made a stop and main screen indicates "system off to save power".

Still no error alerts on dash screen on app.

I'm guessing the 12v battery is not in great condition?

Yeah not could be a possible culprit! I've got the truck booked in at the dealer Jan 6th
