I would say call, but you take the chance of them not honoring it and refunding.

Just called on my order. It's all automated and after putting in my order number it says it's shipping tomorrow. Still might take a while to get to me but at least I know its in the works.

Just got mine yesterday! I think they didn't have any in stock when we ordered but I'm glad they honored our pricing and shipped them out.

Mine were drop-shipped by the manufacturer to the wrong address. Apparently someone swapped the labels.

Second shipment has been sent, we'll see if this one shows up.

Got mine yesterday. Had to chat with customer support, but no issue.

Mine just showed up! I would say they are well worth what we paid for them, but I'd be pissed if I'd paid $75 for one and this showed up. Overall they seem decent, build quality on the one that I opened seems mostly decent, except for the still-small-but-larger-than-pin-holes throughout.

I might just have nit-picky standards though. ?
